Star Ocean TTEOT Issue

Well i have read many diffrent threads and none have helped me so i decided to post. Currently i am trying to play star ocean till the end of time and when I boot the game up i use execute and i get a error that says Vtlb miss : addr 0x4, mode 0

My comps Specs
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E6850 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 3070MB RAM
Graphics card name: ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT

Go into game fixes and enable the tri-ace hack.

Thanks and as i posted this i noticed some one else posted it. Its running fine very laggy tho runing at like 34 fps : /
