Read first: Will PCSX2 run fast on my computer?

Hello-

I just bought a new HP ENVY, here are the specs:

Intel Core i-7 - 6500U - with OnBoard Intel Graphics 520
16GB DDR4 - 2133 SDRAM
NVIDIA GeForce 940MX - 2GB DDR3L RAM - Discrete
1TB 5400RPM Hard Drive SATA
FULL 1080P Display 17.3 inches

Just wondering if any , at all, games are playable at a reasonable frame rate.

you should be able to handle some games with that proc. Just make sure to put your power profile to performance. You may not be running at 4x resolution, but you can probably rock out 2x, maybe 3x. I know the 530 is a step up from my hd4000 in my system.

Your proc has a stp of 1600ish, its pretty much the recommended. I don't know how the discreet card will handle graphics, just outside of my experience but I suspect it will do just fine.

Need help. This was my first time using pcsx2 1.4.0 i downloaded the bios and grandia 2. It runs on my laptop but it was really slow. Like 35% speed. Pls. Help for configurtion. Tnx
