Basically I would like to know what I will need to have ready to go when I start this cabinet

Ok. So is the answer to my question No! Intel Hd Graphics WILL NOT WORK and Will Never Ever Work!!! Or is the a version of Intell HD Graphics That will Work reasonably well? Or should I start to look at Graphics Cards too when I buy a PC from Tiger Direct? Anyone please chime in!

Intel HD Graphics will work, but you must use the DirectX 11 renderer and performance will most likely not be sufficient.

I would still recommend buying a dedicated graphics card, but it would depend on your budget and what resolution the cabinet's display is.

I'm afraid I have to agree with you buying a dedicated graphics card may be the only way to go.   However the computer I'm looking at is a business class Windows 7 machine I7  processor.  Full these business class systems are really not built for higher graphics nor do they support the extra Wattage  Power supply to accommodate a high-end graphics card.  Can you recommend a video card that will work with a computer power supply  of 300 Watts or less?  I don't think I need gigabytes on gigabytes of video memory to power the Pcsx2.   Please tell me what do you think there is a good budget but staying under the sky is definitely the limit

An Nvidia gtx 420 meets these requirements. Had one 7 years ago. For 2d games it will suffice but for 3d I'd suggest getting older or customised versions of PCSX2. I remember it could run Tekken 5 and SC2 at 60 fps in 2010 by using version 0.9.6 if you tweaked it a little. CPU was an i3 560. For recent versions 3d games would struggle even on native.

I'd build it yourself and go for a bit faster i5, but if you really want a prebuit, then it's fine for most games

You're looking at a stp of 1830ish with that i5-6400... You should be able to play a lot of games with it, but some games will definitely run slow, like Shadow of the Colossus
