Been running win 10 since it was beta.. I've not had any issues with win 10 vs. win 7..

That good to hear as I read a Few People had Problems with Windows 10 when playing PCSX2.

Though I be a Fresh Install as be a New Computer

Everyone I heard of having that problem were upgrades.. though I doubt it was limited to just those that did the upgrade. I always did a clean install. I've installed it 7 or 8 times.. BUT, always clean installs. I did have one issue, but it was nvidia video driver related, not win 10 related.

What was the Problem with the nvidia video Driver?

Hopefully I have no problems when I get my New Computer as that be a Clean Install with Windows 10

Had a dll that would crash whenever I ran it hard.. updated the drivers and was good to go

Run fast .... no.

Run some games that are not demanding with no enhancements and frameskip while still not getting exactly great speed.... maybe.

To be fair your processor is on the weak side of what kinda works (like really any weaker and there is no real hope) and the fact you do not have dedicated GPU at all does not help anything at all.

Get some more to work faster by making the Resolution Smaller
