Still At a LOSS

Ok so IM a COMPLETE noob at all of this, and have been scouring through the forums to learn how to use cheats.....and its gibberish to me.

If anyone can help, or explain Itd be appreciated.

and I am aware that for specific help, info such as Game and Cheats I'd want is important. However, Im looking for some general support or tips on how to use cheats...preferably the easiest way possible.

i can't install CE because i have Cabal Online and Grand Chase on my computer.
it will auto-send a report log and possible to block my IP to access those MMOs.
if psyqon does'nt play any GameGuard related MMOs he can use CE btw.

really? Where is that at in Cabal? I have cabal server files nothing sends to me unless it is running while I am running cabal

i think for security and privacy they can't look at what's installed on your computer i think+^_^+ but they can look at programs that are accessing or modifying their own+^_^+ i would tend to think as long as you didn't try and attach CE to your MMO they wouldn't care+^_^+, just my conjecture+^_^+

I have a server that finds anything currently RUNNING and reports it. but nothing can tell you everything ON the pc
