Stuttering during game using pcsx2

I'm not sure but try with ee and vu to 2 !

ok so these are my current speedhack settings and it is still stuttering:

EE and VU 2
mtvu enabled
everything else is disabled

Ok so I messed around and set bios from europe to USA and it worked so far.

Haha I really have no clue, the only reason I tried it because the iso was ntsc format so I thought I would give it a go, I will post again if it starts again thanks again.
