Sudden lag, help

ok well in the link u gave ...it says to check my ini folder and it seems like a lot of those files r missing such as gsdx.ini

Another common reason for lag on laptops is when the cpu gets too hot, my old laptop would start playing up around the high 60`s Celsius. Any 3d would slow right down until it cooled down, something to think about
