maybe you could use the same computer you used to rip it the first time, then ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

I used a macbook but that got broken ... Sad

You could certainly use a friends computer with a working DVD drive and a flash drive/portable HDD or something to rip the image and get it back to your PC Smile

GeForce GTX 1080 SC2 Stock
ASRock Z370 Taichi LGA 1151 mobo

SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 500GB PCIe SSD

I never really did it, maybe i did it unconsciously.
sorry i am not so good in such stuff

Ok.
The simpliest way would be to use imgburn (www.imgburn.com)
on a PC.
Then, just pop your original ps2 dvd in the reader, and click "read".
This will turn it into an iso.
