Super Robot Taisen Scramble Commander The 2nd[SLPS 25750] can't run

It works on v1.3.1 although can be very laggy when there are more than 1 or 2 units on screen

However, upon completing the final Macross mission (second to last level), it freezes with black screen after you exiting the mission result screen. The log is filled with this line:

no: 2, sec 6368, size 987136, name:dat/cash_back.dat

I'm not sure whether it's caused by my DVD/image faulty or whatever though.
