Superfast PCSX2 0.9.7 Configuration!
#11
At first, I thought games would be choppy but when i used frameskip in pcsx2 0.9.7, the game was smooth and clear! Just use it you too would be amazed!!!!

Please use pcsx2 0.9.7 rev 2573 and check core settings option! That would give an extra 5 fps!!!

One doubt :
How do i create an official link of an older svn which is perfect for this configuration?

Thank you for your feedback. Your choice has been tested and updated.
Emulating requires a brain. Even in a cpu with 2ghz processor and no graphics card, pcsx2 can reach 20-25 fps. I've got it. If you need that configuration, PM me

I tried the config. I am getting better fps with 0.9.7 r3730 SVN than 2573 with my settings. Also with 2573, I get choppy sound.

Well yeah, its an older revision (about 2 years old now?), so it's probable to assume the newest revisions would get faster speeds.

^The frameskipping actually works in 2573 as compared to the 0.9.7 3113 and later. It is choppy, but the games seem much faster than the slowmotion gameplay in 3113 and later. I am talking about WWE SVR 2010, the game is running in slowmo with frameskip in 3113, but its choppy and fast in 2573. If sound is kept to off, the game is more playable in 2573 than 3113 or later. But I prefer sound as well as smoothness, so I am sticking to SVR 2009 till some future version fixes 2010 or I get a better PC.

i think thats because you cant (yet) activate frameskipping in 3113 per menu, you have to activate it manually by pressing shift-f4 ingame. c

In pcsx2 0.9.7 2573, config -> Video (GS) -> Core settings gives u a great boost!
