TMNT can't run on pcsx2 0.9.8

I have a problem if I play TMNT PAL on my pcsx2 0.9.8 r4600

my spek:
I3 350M
NVIDIA G310M 1gb..
2GB of ram
win 7 ult 32bit

I use direct3D 10 HW SSE41 and enabled speedhack

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings?

Try making/remaking an ISO from the original disc with ImgBurn and try loading that one.

The game works but is very buggy at the moment anyway.
