I'm torn between the cheepster rout: jailbrake a nook color, put home switcher, etc (yes, I know it voids the warrantee)

and buying a Wi-Fi only ipad 2, or an android tab with similar specs

The big difference is........
Which OS has the better psx and other emulator(s) and better performance on said emulators?

Stay away from apple products... They are draconian in what you can do and whether you can used "approved" software... if you MUST get something now... Look into a Xoom or Asus' upcoming tablet that was just announced. Android is the better operating system hands down.
