I was playing tales of Legendia, and the pcsx2 emu stopped working

Are these just random crashes again?
Have you got VC++ 2013 redist x86 installed?
Why have you got manual Gamefixes enabled?
And why are the clamping modes changed?

yes random crashes, yes VC++ 2013 red x86, manual game fixes is what was default, and changed clamping modes for "faster" less stable

Manual Gamefixes is not default. Untick it.
I told you speedhacks are a much better way to get some more speed. Leave the clamping modes.
Enable the speedhacks but leave the sliders at 0 for now.
