Tales of the Abyss
#1
Hello, I am having some problems with Tales of the Abyss using PCSX2 0.9.7. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU @ 2.26GHz and a nVidia GeForce 9600m GT. I cannot seem to find the right settings to get the game to display properly. Using the default settings causes the game to constantly flash.

The really frustrating thing is that I had already played ToA quite a bit using 0.9.6 with the same computer more than a year ago, but I no longer have that program/remember my specific settings. So I know that my computer is fully capable of running the game.

Thanks.

It's a bit tricky to play TOA in pcsx2 0.9.7 beta right now, you have to use the hack options in order to play this game Tongue

Hmm, that's weird. I used 0.97 to play ToA, and I didnt have any problems at all. Or maybe the new beta(r3878) must have broken something?@.@ I used r3113 at that time.

Which specific hack options do you mean?

Did you just use the default settings?

I used the [Recommended] Speedhacks, turned EE to 33%. And since I have a weak gpu, I checked the native resolution.
