ok if software mode doesn't fix it, it's something you've done with your PCSX2 config. Can you show us your emulator settings please?

This is known to happen on DX9 hardware mode so make sure to use DX10 hardware or any of the software modes.

Under the config/settings menu, go down to GS then plugin settings.

Okay can you make sure "Texture Filtering" has a tick in it and not a blob and change the Renderer to Direct3D11, then try that please?
