Tales of the Abyss weird problem

So my problem is, the npcs that I do not control do nothing.
Or to be precise are under the control of the other "players"
Over the head of an enemy there is like "1P, 2P" ...
Especially because in the controller plugin I "unplugged" everything but the first controller.

I haven't played this emulated, but check that their control scheme is set to "auto" in-game.
