Tarzan Untamed NTSC Problem
#1
When I try to play My backup iso of Tarzan Untamed on PCSX2 , The game tells me to insert the disk . I never experiecnced this with any of my backup isos . I don't know if it's a problem in pcsx2 or my iso . I tried 0.9.6 and the latest beta and the SVN Revisions with no difference .The game was working on my PS2 before it was broken .

Hmmm I get the same problem when I try using the beta. I thought I was the plugin because when I switched to the --96 plugin it at least loaded the game.

Hmmmmmmmmm Thread time.

Yes , My backup of Metal Slug 4 , Colin Mcrae Rally 2005 and others . I didn't experience any problem . I tried Tarzan Untamed in other versions of PCSX2 and with the same problem . It is only this game .

The compatibility list has this game as Ingame and looks like it's the same problem, I suggest you try the latest beta and maybe change plugins as Savanni mentioned but I wouldn't keep my hopes up.

try mounting in a virtual drive and CLOSING the drive (as in right-click the drive, select "close drive") that's gotten me past a few piracy checks on PC games when I wanted to use an ISO I made to avoid disc-swapping all the time

Changing plugins doesn't solve it only changes FPS .

I don't know to do that . I use PowerISO . I tried running the game with the original disk on pcsx2 with the same problem .

That's how the console window looks like when using GSDX :
