Yes use GSDX 0.1.5.

Strange performance "issue" with pcsx22 on my 2 PC.

Vista 64, velociraptor hdd, pcsx2pg-vtlb-636.

Tenkaichi 3 (internal resolution 1024x1024, GSDX 0.1.5, no speedhack) with E8400@4GHZ, 4gb ram, hd4850 whithout Fear 2 demo installed = about 35 fps
Tenkaichi 3 (internal resolution 1024x1024, GSDX 0.1.5, no speedhack) with E8400@4GHZ, 4gb ram, hd4850 and Fear 2 demo installed = about 50 fps

Quad core usefull or difference between 4850/4870 ~ 10 fps ?

Videocard. Try native resolution instead and check difference. It should be almost 3 times lesse (7% instead 20%).

Yes, it was videocard, i thought pcsx2 was more dependant on the cpu but i could be wrong !

i tried 0.1.5 but it still bugs, like characters have a "soft" clone near them its weird, and where i have 50fps without drop with 1.14, i have like 30 with that one

about performance loss, you can't do anything to avoid it with this gsdx version.
About "soft clone", this should be ok if you modify interlace mode
