Texture stretched bug

I see some texture stretched in Gran Turismo 4.. It's the only game I play and I noticed this bug

PCSX2 1.1.0
AMD HD7850 2gb, 12.8 Catalyst version

Is this a driver problem or a PCSX2 gsdx problem?

I tried with both hardware and software mode and both DX9 and DX11 rendering. I tried different settings both on GSDX and ATI Catalyst software but the bug still occur.

Any idea how to fix this? I updated the driver but its still the same

Hmm still no replies. Well atleast I will have the time to make a documentary out of this bug.
Should I report this in the bug reporting section?

unless you are using a widescreen patch, cause then it's likely to be that.

If I'm wrong you won't reply. Granturismo 4 is the only PS2 game that my friend has that is worth playing. And don't you worry I did extract the bios from his PS2 like in the tutorials..Believe me (we must be cautious, Sony is watching). Thanks for your help pgert.

I changed the settings of aspect ratio to 4:3 inside the game and in the GS tab and still the same mess on some textures. I then even checked native resolution and it's still the same.

You extracted the BIOS from your friends console, a console your friend still owns; you haven't bought the console.
Then you can (legally) only use the BIOS at your friends place, or if your friend is with you while playing.
The same goes for the ISO image of the game.

I'm still wondering what is causing this streched textures.
Well atleast I'm proud of what this emulator is capable of.
