I mentioned this before but if he installed the beta jesalvein pointed to, it does come with the plugins and he needs to update his DirectX to see them but if they don't show up after updating there's something wrong with his system and that's outside pcsx2's area. He could have installed another that didn't come with plugins but we don't know really because there's no screenshots or anything to know what's going on.

thanks for all the support guys i finally got it up and running, I got the specified plugin and its all good now, ShadowLady thanks for telling me how to read the file.
