OK, did a second test with this setup:
PCSX2 Burnout 3 (640x480 Window, Native, Windows 7 64-bit) Skylake i3-6300, HD 530 graphics
In-game performance was 60-70% speed average, EE 93-100%(city), 85-90%(offroad), GS 70-80% constant.
With EE cyclerate hack:
-2 cyclerate added 5% speed boost
-1, +1 cyclerate no change, basically the same
+2 cyclerate loss of 5% speed
MTVU speedhack enabled:
-5% performance loss approximate. This actually made the game run slower.
I posted on another forum and the big problem is my RAM is 1600Mhz speed, which cause the CPU to bottleneck because of the memory bandwidth shared with the iGPU. If I can increase the DDR4 speed to 2400Mhz, will the performance problems go away?
