if the issue persists, please post the ee%, gs% & VU% when it's slow

His cpu is i3 6300 which is dual core cpu(according to the hack, you need at least cpu with 3 cores)

I would bet to the gpu...it's weak and the cpu struggles because of it.

But there is something interesting I saw on his thread...he tried OGL on Intel GPU and get a game to work.

On my HD 4600 it's almost instant crash if I try OGL...is something fixed/done that I don't know about?

Yes, but hyperthreading can help with mtvu

Was the Skylake hyperthreading issue fixes? If not, it might be the problem here.

OK, did a second test with this setup:
 PCSX2 Burnout 3 (640x480 Window, Native, Windows 7 64-bit) Skylake i3-6300, HD 530 graphics

In-game performance was 60-70% speed average, EE 93-100%(city), 85-90%(offroad), GS 70-80% constant.

With EE cyclerate hack:
-2 cyclerate added 5% speed boost
-1, +1 cyclerate no change, basically the same
+2 cyclerate loss of 5% speed

MTVU speedhack enabled:
-5% performance loss approximate. This actually made the game run slower.

I posted on another forum and the big problem is my RAM is 1600Mhz speed, which cause the CPU to bottleneck because of the memory bandwidth shared with the iGPU. If I can increase the DDR4 speed to 2400Mhz, will the performance problems go away?

Honestly, you're probably best off getting a new graphics card.

I have a GTX 660, a GT 730, and an R7 250. I can run Burnout 3 on the 660 at 2X resolution, max speed, MSAA x8 (1600x900 window). But with a good iGPU, I can build a tiny PC for emulation that is small as a laptop and fits in my hand! It looks like this:

That's why I am interested in the HD 530. For the size.

FYI it would make more sense and look better to do 3 or 4x with 4x MSAA.
