Tony Hawk's American Wasteland Crash

Hi everyone I finally got this pain in the ass game to run as you have to change some specific settings to get the textures to load in properly. (Thread for optimal settings that work here - http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Tony-Hawk...+wasteland)

Problem is now my game crashes after the mission at the start of the game where you have to beat the guy's score to get your belongings back and then knock him off his skateboard. The second I hit the guy off his board, the game freezes permanently. I've provided a screenshot to show exactly what I see after the freeze and to show where exactly in the game it occurs if I wasn't clear enough earlier. This has happened several times now and I cannot get past this mission. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Just completed the mission but decided to whack him from a different spot on the map and the crash didn't occur so was able to pass the mission. So I don't have a log for you, so incase anyone reads this in the future after receiving the same crash, try and whack him off the rail rather than the street it worked for me!

I got it fixed. Turning off progressive mode in the in game options menu fixed it

Now it's crashing after I complete other missions or try to enter a shop.

EDIT: I found out what's wrong. After playing it for an amount of time it just crashes after a mission or trying to enter a shop. If it does that reload the save state and then save from in the game and then reboot. It'll be fine after until it messes up again. Rinse and repeat.
