Trouble getting CRC code for FFX (PAL)
#1
Hi

Ive recently got back into trying to get my PC playing FFX at a reasonable speed. First tried XP running both version 0.9.6 and version 0.9.8 but the speeds were too laggy so switched to my Windows 7 32-bit installation and installed 0.9.8, aswell as configured it using both the basic guide and official guide. The game runs with no issues (YET) but no matter what i try to do, i cannot see the CRC for my particular game on the console, as im looking to enter codes in.

Now ive read around alittle and read about having the elf file but on the console all i see to do with this is the error:

HLE Notice: ELF does not have a path

Now ive done all the usual things to cure such as running pcsx2 as administrator, used both the disk and an image which i created with Imageburn and had no luck.

Is it possible for anyone to point me in the right direction?

Regards

Run the game as you do normally, then copy/paste the console log here

This was with the ISO rather than the disk

Are you mounting the iso file with any virtual drive program or something like that? Are you booting the game via System->Boot CDVD (fast)?
