Arctic Silver 5 gives me way lower temps then that Arctic Cooling and I still say stay away from Asrock as much as possible.

There's nothing wrong with asrock, they aren't the same budget Asus company they used to be.

You can raise bclck about 5MHZ but its speed is tied to the PCIe/DMI bus so its like old days before the AGP/PCI bus was locked.

The TIM is actually good. Its the gap between the CPU and IHS that causes the problem.
