Worked fine for me in W7 x64, followed the instruction of
run "regsvr32 C:\Windows\syswow64\dx8vb.dll" (no quotes), after having installed the dll in wow64.

But but but
on playing GT4, arrows are reversed... any ideas?

Ok i did as you said and i still get an error message when i start a game using an iso. It say "can't open COMBOs file!!" And when i click ok the game run but my keyboard isnt working at all even tought i have configured the plugin. Do you know what 'ight be causing this problem???

Lulu's Overdrive Configuration, shows you how buttons added to actions
to perform fury spells..

Just UP RIGHT DOWN LEFT from Right Analog for Lulu Overdrive, it's more efficient than yours, 13 chains of a junior black magic with my COMBO but 10 chains with your COMBO.

I heard that:

1. the higher the Magic value of Lulu, the more turns you can rotate.
   
2. the more powerful the magic, the less turns you can rotate.
   

So you might have 16 turns lately when Lulu becomes stronger and casting the weakest spell such as Thunder Fury.

How to config this plugin for FPS games (like Timesplitters, Killzone, etc) ?? The right analog stick is used to aim in these games and I want to bind right analog stick to my mouse to aim (like the traditional FPS games for pc). But seems this plugin doesn't recognize the mouse axis when I try to bind the right analog stick to my mouse.

I just have to say, it took me a bit to get it working fully, but this is amazing. I don't know if you (the creator) reads this, but thank you so much for doing this. This is awesome.
