Ubuntu Linux, Blank Screen upon start up.

Hey all, I'm a Linux newbie. Unfortuantely, I don't understand how to install specific, specified dependencies (which, is what I think I need to do for PCSX2 to run properly).

I was wondering whether someone would be able to provide me with the terminal command(s) to make sure that I have all the dependencies installed (since I think that's what's wrong, or provide a solution).

gtk2, opengl, libbz2, libjpeg, glew-dev, libxxf86vm-dev, x11proto-xf86vidmodeautomake and autoconf (version >= 1.9) Nvidia Cg-Toolkit (link), libasound-dev, joystick

being the dependencies. I'm fine with using the terminal, (copy pasta, mainly), but I'm not sure what to type to install these.

Thanks for your time & help!

Have you tried simply sudo apt-get name ?

I think it's not the missing libraries, but something with video or audio drivers or it's simply misconfigured emulator or missing BIOS.
