Disabling widescreen patches makes the game look a little squished but it does not stop the lag

Apparently, you're an absolute beginner. No problem, we've all been beginners

hit your "windows key" + "R", then type in "dxdiag"
A windows appears, click the "display" tab and make a screenshot of it

alright, let's sum it up.

your pc specs :
CPU : Intel® Core™ i3-3120M CPU @ 2.50GHz
GPU : Intel HD 4000
RAM : 8Go

(I suggest you paste them in your forum sig, this will hep us helping you in your future posts)

This is far from being a "great PC". a dual core @2.5 Ghz isn't very good for pcsx2, and your GPU is quite weak. However, since KH is one of the less demanding games, I guess your problem comes form an internal resolution set too high.
what if you set gsdx internal res to native ?

Oh and Native looks terrible but it does fasten up the menu, I will keep 1080p though

nope. all games you tried run fast.
If you had some more demanding ones, that wouldn't be the same.

As you wish.
Again, don't expect too much from this pc with pcsx2

For goodness sake as I SAID this PC runs PCSX2 games just fine at 1080p at 60 fps with only minimal lag at points for a minute in a high occupying area at the game.
