UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices - i dont really know..

hello everyone i have downloaded SPC DS3 but when i keep trying to download it it keeps saying UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices...

how do i fix this? i cant find it anywhere on the internet

yes, but i just want to know what it means??? after 1 hour it install correctly what does UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices mean?

ugh its stuck again on that crap
heres what it says currently
