I wouldn't waste the extra money on a processor with a higher stock clockrate that can be overclocked, anyways.

I'd say go with the 955 BE. It costs way less, and end-results will be the same.

Went with the 955 BE OCed it up to 4.2 and got it running stable, great increase in playability of most games. thanks for the help on what to buy
