Maybe these codes are for the NTSC-Version and your version is PAL? Or vice verca?
what version of gameshark do you have? it seems there are different gamesharks which use different codes

I would suggest using ARv2 or ARMAX code, but thats just me.

well as you can see instead getting your brain toast on how do gameshark works.. try asking people in patches section some pnach file for FFX... pnach file are files used to cheat on the games emulated by pcsx2..
