Viewtiful Joe slow fps...

I run this game with latest PCSX2 build and plugin, and the fps is slow about 30-40 fps (PAL), i don't know why...I tried all speedhack method and use native resolution...
Anybody know how to config this game for better fps?

My spec:
CPU: Core 2 Duo E8400 3.3Ghz
RAM: 4GB DDR2
VGA: HD4850 with latest driver
