Vu0 perma stall- breaking execution

i have seeing this vu0 braking execution thing on the right hang of the console when i play metal gear solid 3 and yet its still running so slow with fram skip, can somebody please help me out, my frame rate is going to about 52 and 53 and sometimes when i go out of the codec screen and i tried to move around or see around the whole area it makes my frame rate slow, please help.
