Just buy a cheap GPU to throw in there. CPU is fine for this game just need a dedicated gpu instead of that weak IGP at least its better then intels offerings at that point in time.

except we dont know the psu, and that would probably be a 300w psu seeing the components

I can tell you now, a Geforce 9600GSO works on a 170w power supply, i've seen it with my own eyes! true story.

but something like a Radeon HD 5450 or 6450 uses like 20watts of power, so thatll work fine.

Edit: 5450 needs 19 watts, 6450 needs 31. Apparently the 5450 is better? Strange..

Do NOT get a 5450. Not all games will run at full FPS even on native res. 3D intensive games like SMT Nocturne and Digital Devil Saga run at 45FPS, it's not worth getting a 5450 if you really want to get into emulation

also keep in mind that we dont know the age of the pc, powersupplies go worse by time (so a 300w psu can go to 260w output over time due to degration)
plus he hasnt responded yet, maybe we know more if he comes back...IF he comes back.
