OK so apparently the fix the mybb team did for this never made it into the release (no idea why???) I manually implemented the code to fix this, it should be permanently fixed now.

And i think not everyone can understand all this difficulties with site maintenance,time consumption,human factor,and such...
If can create a title of thread similar to this 1 As 1 wise man said,havoc will be not if rules is canceled globally. Havoc usually inside us.If you cant control yourself,will be a havoc But i think creator of this ..masterpiece already ashamed and cant do this again
