it's a tad better, but not so much.
what do the ee% & gs% display when you get slowdowns ?

i see. Your CPU and/or GPU is/are clearly struggling.
Is CPU charge maxed out un your task manager during those lag spikes ?

No, your CPU should be fine for this game on single matches. don't play matches where there are more than two players rendered, it will be slow obviously because of the increase in requirement of the raw power needed for emulating the game.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

No. His CPU is actually too weak. In the screenshot you saw there was only two players. Unless you count the referee as a 3rd player, but then you might as well tell the guy to quit playing either way, because you can't avoid that.

It was actually a Tag match, the other players should be present near the edge of the turnbuckle. His processor has a STP of 1400, it should do fine on single player mode on this game. I even managed to get constant 40+fps on my C2D on single player mode.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.
