Weird bars around the screen in shadow of colossus

Hello,
I am using the nightly version of Pcsx2 and Vulkan as the renderer. As you can see, there are bars on the top and left end of the screen, sometimes they are also colourful. It is not always on the screen, usually comes during cutscene and stays until I switch to software mod and switch back again, that fixes it until it happens again.

Under graphics options, crop by a few pixels on the sides where these lines appear to get rid of them.
