What does this error mean?

I'm using the latest SVN (PCSX2 1.3.1-20150725131737 it seems), and never got the error when using stable iirc.

I got that error few days ago but I wasn't able to find what cased it and it didn't appear again after I restarted pcsx2

Was that on a first run? That was the first time I ran it, and after that it went away. How strange.

It is not important. It is a transient issue because it failed to lock some memory. Just restart and it will dissapears.
