Well, before anyone can help you, you need to do a few things.

1. What are your system specs?
2. What version of PCSX2 are you using, and what hacks/changes you've made to the gsdx/emu menu's
3. what game is this?

Also try pushing F9 tp see of that fixes it.

KH is known for being wavy like that, especially 2.

don't see a problem. that's just KH style. why don't you highlight what you're referring to?
