What would be the absolute lowest specs you guys would recommend for pcsx2?

You can forget all NFS games. KH might run ok. I'm not sure about the rest.

NFS is going to need a really fast system. I can barely run it.

I built mine for $500 or so, but I had to do some serious shopping around.

I played Okami at around very stable 60 fps except in some few areas with an Athlon x64 3.2? ghz, 4 GB RAM (1200 or so mhz?), 460 GTX. I would definitely not recommend playing with a computer much below this as I felt this was really what was on the lower end in order to make most games run smoothly.

First time I'm going to say this but yeah: Make sure to get an ATI graphic card as Nvidia is hell bent on ruining their drivers lately ><
Also try to make it an Intel CPU as they're just a whole lot better for PCSX2. Depending on the game you're looking at 50% more performance
at the same clock.
