Whats wrong with this

Hi guys. I'm having trouble running Suikoden III on my desktop. It runs slow.

I've look into the system requirements and found my specs at the "Playable at a reasonable speed" bracket.

I'm using Windows 7 ultimate
Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93Ghz
GeForce 9500GT 512mb
2GB of RAM
running the game in hard drive using ISO downloaded from a trusted site.
and here's my config:
