You have errors in your patch file, making PCSX2 crash

How do i fix them?

and is it that specific one i made?

could it be that i copied and pasted the pnach file?

I'd start by commenting them out and uncomment them one by one to see which one is causing it. Since I have FFXII, I can tell you right now that there are certain codes that cause the emulator to crash, even though the codes worked fine on a real PS2.
Nappa: Vegeta! What does the scouter say about his power level?
Vegeta: It's...one thousand and six.
Nappa: Wh-...really?
Vegeta: Yeah! Beat him up Nappa!
Nappa: Yay!

What pnach(s) are you using, just out of curiosity?

Currently, none, since I stopped playing it. I beat the game on my PS2 a long time ago, but I thought it would be interesting to emulate it, for old time's sake. Where was I? Ah, yes, the pnach file that I used was something that I made using the codes from various sources (codetwink aka codebreaker, gameshark, etc.).

I noticed a pattern. Any of the "press ___ for ___" or the "have all ___" codes will cause the emulator to crash, which is why I didn't use any of those.
