Which x86 feature is best for my system?

Hi all I have an i5-2500, 8gb ram, geforce gtx 560 1gb. I am wondering which graphics plugin I should use.. here are the featuresets pcsx2 reports I have:

x86 Features Detected:
MMX.. SSE.. SSE2.. SSE3.. SSSE3.. SSE4.1.. SSE4.2.. AVX

I tried avx but the performance was horrible, currently using SSE4.1. Any suggestions?

SSE 4.2 for hardware
AVX for software

SSE4.1 for Hardware. I don't think PCSX2 utilizes SSE4.2.
