Why is Pcsx being slow????
#1
3838 MB Ram
CPU name = AMD Phenom™ II N970 Quad-Core Processor
Vendor/Model = AuthenticAMD (stepping 03)
CPU speed = 2.193 ghz (4 logical threads)
And the video card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

Why is this being slow for?? Its only slow in gameplay. And its not really a demanding game its DBZB3. Any help would be nice. Ty.

bukodai 3 needs a lot of nuclear plants like 5 Ghz
and your AMD laptop can't hold on to the limit.

better use on a desktop instead
recommended CPU for Bukodai3 is likely about
5Ghz for AMD
4~4.5Ghz for Intel.

Why is this being slow for??

Because you have a slow CPU.
Try using speedhacks and lower the EE/VU clamps and try using superVU as a recompiler, but it's possible you just won't get the speed you want.

Videos in youtube are sped up to "full speed" when they're recorded, the person making the video could have been runing the game at 5FPS and the end video would be full speed anyway.

Slow CPU
Weak GPU

Speedhacks and low internal resolution are your best bet.
