Since you can't upgrade laptops, you just have to live with it, or get a new PC (desktop or laptop)

Yeah PS1 emulators should run everything at well above full speed

Yep Ps1 doesn't require that much power Smile I had Intel Pentium4 1.8Ghz and I used to get full speed all the time Smile

Xfx Radeon 5670 1Gb,
4Gb DDR3 Ram,

Just to add something to this, you might want to try FFXII or Kingdom Hearts 1&2 if you have them. They both run perfect for me so you might be able to get 80-90% speed
