Is this able to run FFX well?

hi my computer is amd phenom 8450 , 2 x 2 ddr2 800mhz , nvidia gforce 9500gt 1gb vista ultimat sp1 32bit and pcsx2 runs at 60 70%. i tried dragon ball infinite worlds , shadow the hedgehog , god of war 2 and spyro and in all... i tried all the settings, read the guide in the site but nothing helps... would it run better on a x64bit windows ?

SamSoNight : with your specs. FFX well but not with full fps (above 60fps). Kriso : no, same performance with vista 32bit.

It looks like PCSX2 is CPU-limited. Is there room for improvement within the code, which would let it run at 60fps on today's processors (i7, Core 2), or must we wait for something beyond Nehalem's performance?

I also read somewhere from the MAME devs that emulation speed depends on single threaded performance. That does apply for PCSX2 as well, does it? Exactly what does PCSX2 run on the second CPU?

Hi.I got a AMD Athlon X2 4200+@2.21 GHz , 4GB DDR2,Radeon HD3870 512Mb and vista 32 bit......now i played Tekken 4 with 0.9.5 and gsdx graph plugin....iget black lines and severe texture loss on characters (which i could ignore),but my framerate is 18-22 fps.....now i'm wondering is that the max fps i should expect from my cpu or i could tweak the plugins for more.....

Hihi, within the next few days i'll be getting my new comp, the specs are:
Intel E8600 3.33 Ghz Core 2 Duo
4GB DDR2
Nvidia GF 9600 GT

Main thing i want to know is whether Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny: Rengou vs. Z.A.F.T. II would work, i tried searching through the compatibility list and couldn't find the game, so just wanted to know if anyone could verify its compatibility, perhaps if they've tried it themselves.

I run everything.

The emulator will work fine with my ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 series graphics card. It's pretty good looking, only problem is that my CPU is a T5800 Duel Core @ 2 Ghz. Yes, I'm running this on a laptop with near perfect framerate all the time. Only it extreme graphical situations does it ever go below 90 or 80% speed.
