Will the Playstation 2 logo ever disappear correctly?

during the bootup, the playstation 2 logo always appear washed out at the bottom of the screen during the seconds where it's suppose to disappear. Can this be fixed?

it think it's impossible this time....try skip the boot PS2 sequence(Boot[fast])

But I enjoy watching the bootup sequence. How come this is impossible to fix atm?

try software mode on gsdx, its just a screen clearing issue, its never fixed because it's unimportant.

i think its more likely the glitch where it flickers to the bottom of the screen, its common when booting a game using a different regions bios.

But all my games are NTSC-U and I'm using a US PS2 bios.

then its likely as ref mentioned, gsdx's lack of frame clearing
