Will this PC work with this Emu decently?

Intel is a better choice than AMD for pcsx2, but this cpu when overclocked will still give you nice & playable fps.

40fps sounds fine. Will movement not be super slow, as with the music? As long as it runs okay, I don't mind. Well, I went ahead an bought it. I can't build computers, I'm not that tech savy. I guess if I can play KH games and FF games in HD, will be good enough.

How about the .hack games and the Tales of games? Tales of The Abyss is so/so playable now on my Pentium D, so this setup should rip it apart. Tales of Legendia?

I would recommend 4GB RAM and get a better GPU instead, at least GTX460 or HD6850. It won't perhaps be used in PC2 emu unless you run 4xAA with 1080p in a demanding game but it's worth it over the HD5770 in other PC games. 4GB is enough for Win7 but if the RAM is cheap where you order then why not more hehe.
