PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K @ 4Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 670 AMP!

Build Description: PCSX2 1.3.0-20140921171554
If other please specify: N/A

BIOS Used: Japan v01.00

EE/VU Clamp modes: Normal/Extra + Preserve Sign
EE/VU Rounding: Chop/Chop

Speedhacks Used:

N/A

Gamefixes Used:

N/A

Amount of testing done: completed-game

Comments:

It works perfectly. As already said you need VU campling mode to extra + preserve sign in order to fix corrupted graphics. Also DONT underclock Emotion Engine (EE Cyclerate), game will slowdown with more than one enemy per screen (game will not run correctly with just 200MHz).

Widescreen patch works perfectly except for the bomb detector, its a bit missaligned, but it doesnt affect the game at all.

Bugs:

Bomb detector with WS patch and maybe the flashlight, i'm not really coz its a bit different on Nintendo 64.

PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770k @ 3.8Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 4GB VRAM

Build Description: v1.5.0-dev-1997-ga378e30 Windows
If other please specify: N/A

BIOS Used: USA v02.20 (10/02/2006)

VUs Clamping Mode: Extra+ Preserve Sign
EE/IOP/VU: Other settings are emulator defaults.

Speedhacks Settings:

EE Cyclerate: 0

VU Cycle Stealing: 0
Other Hacks: Default emulator settings.
MicroVU Hacks: Both enabled.

Gamefixes Used:

PCSX2: VUs Clamping Mode: Extra+ Preserve Sign to fix invisible/corrupted graphics

GSdx: Enable Large Framebuffer to fix seizure inducing flickering on FMVs
GSdx: Set Mipmapping to OFF to fix broken LOD textures (this fixes broken blinds for example in New Game in-game intro cutscene, textures flickering between various detail levels/incorrect tiling as you approach or move camera)

Amount of testing done (little/medium/much/completed-game): medium

Comments:

Game is a slightly upgraded port of the N64 title. Not a demanding title to run, full speed on my rig with noted settings.

CRC Hack Level I set to recommended levels as per settings built in comment bubbles for both OpenGL and DX11 renderers. Both seem to give same results.

Remaining Bugs:

Minor black line issues on start screen, intro jpg logos.

Hardware renderer will cause a minor graphical bug with 2d images/sprites in text boxes. Ex: Ingame tutorial will show an "X button" image with an incorrect green outline. Software renderer fixes this. HW Hacks didn't seem to be able to do anything to fix it.

A similar very minor thin white outline can sometimes be seen on some 2d sprites like plant leaves.
