Window for game not popping up

hi im trying to play a dragon ball Z game on pcsx2 but whenver i hit system then boot cdvd nothing happens and if i try and click on pcsx2 it starts saying not responding. I have already configured it and everything and watched several turtorials on how to set pcsx2 up. this is my computers info if it helps any: Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 64-bit
Physical RAM = 4061 MB
CPU name = Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
Vendor/Model = GenuineIntel (stepping 0A)
CPU speed = 2.326 ghz (4 logical threads)

Where's your graphic card? Ur system seems ok. Not bad. But more important thing is YOUR gc. If dnt hve, just give up trying or buy 1.

Make sure your directX are updated and you are running as administrator mode. Also, select the iso, and then boot it. Well, what game are you trying to play.

yeah, i figured out that i didnt set a window size when configuring the program. My graphics card is:
Graphics Card: Intel® G45/G43 Express chipset
now im running into a problem that my frames aren't stable when i actually play the game so i need to make a post for that now..

haha, that is chipset, the motherboard component. try this latest CPU-Z software. it help to detect ur pc specs and go to 'Graphic' tab to see ur gc info.
